At Stick It Aesthetic, every order is custom printed and produced specifically for you. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and material availability.
Production Times
Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipment. Larger orders, custom requests, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional production time.
We are a small business and every order is carefully printed, laminated, packaged, and quality checked before leaving our shop.
Shipping Times
Shipping speed depends on the carrier selected at checkout and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note:
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Weather, holidays, carrier delays, or damaged packages are outside of our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
Custom Printed Products
Because our products are custom printed to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started.
Please double check:
- Measurements
- Shipping address
- Product selections
before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Sample Orders
Sample swatches may ship separately from larger material orders depending on inventory and production scheduling.
