Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Stick It Aesthetic, all products are custom printed and made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have strict return and refund policies in place.

Custom Orders

All custom-sized, printed-to-order, and made-to-order items are final sale and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

This includes:

Custom countertop wraps
Custom wall wraps
Custom printed vinyl
Cut-to-size materials
Personalized or modified orders

Due to increased fraudulent activity and the inability to resell custom printed materials, no exceptions will be made once production has started.

If you are unsure about a color, finish, texture, or pattern, we strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a full order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

Verifying measurements before ordering
Ordering the correct quantity
Surface compatibility
Proper installation and application

Stick It Aesthetic is not responsible for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Ordering errors
Color expectation differences due to screens, lighting, or monitors
Installation mistakes
Damage caused during installation
Improper surface preparation
Adhesion failure caused by dirty, textured, damaged, low-energy, or incompatible surfaces

We highly recommend professional installation or testing samples prior to full installation.

Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items Only)

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if:

Item is unused and uninstalled
Item is in original packaging and condition
Return is approved prior to shipment
Proof of purchase is provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

For approved returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
A 10% restocking fee will apply to approved returns
Returned items must arrive in original condition to qualify for any refund

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging
Photos of the product
Your order number

We reserve the right to determine whether replacement, repair, partial refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or personalized products
Installed or used items
Items damaged during installation
Items returned after 30 days
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Sample swatches

Exchanges

Because all products are printed to order, exchanges are generally not offered.

If an exchange is approved, customers will be responsible for any price differences, shipping costs, and reprint fees.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take up to 10 business days
Bank or card processing times may vary
